Tara is an HR Business Partner & Career Coach based in New Zealand with over 13 years of industry experience leading private and public organisations in New Zealand and overseas. Tara’s favourite part of human resources is recruitment, as it’s all about getting people jobs.

Tara is originally from Sri Lanka and holds double degrees in economics and human resources, and she aspired to continue her higher studies in New Zealand.

Tara has a genuine passion for helping people, and she always supports job seekers/students in her Sri Lankan community to help them succeed in their careers by guiding them through interviews and CV preparation. While working within the industry, Tara saw employers face challenges in finding the right fit for their organisations locally, and she decided to start Seek4talents to fill this bridge as she always believed that a diverse workforce would lead to a more innovative workplace.

Tara is friendly and reliable and determined to provide consistently high levels of service to create positive outcomes for her clients and candidates.

Tara is a mom of two young kids and enjoys working with people. Tara loves to take challenges, and she believes every day is a new day in which she learns something new. Tara loves making new connections and is free for coffee and catch-ups to discuss new talents and recruitments.
